Today marks a milestone in our marriage as we celebrate our 25th anniversary. Oh my goodness, how did this happen so fast? I still remember the day and the funny events around our wedding as it would have been yesterday. What a journey and what a man. I think this picture sums up our journey as a married couple. Always moving, sometimes fast and sometimes wild over different territories and roads. We had fun and also challenges. We gave life to three amazing kids. We experienced spiritual fruits in our lives and through our lives. We also failed and pointed out each others failures and imperfections. We still love and forgive and build. In our wedding card we had a quote from Antoine de Saint-Exupery: “Love does not consist of gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction.” I think we lived this quite well over all those years in focusing on what God wants to do in our lives and through us. He was with us and still is. We experienced his goodness over and over again. We are grateful for having each other. It is a blessing to find a husband you don’t want to get rid off after so many years. 😂❤️🎉 It was and still is a good decision to love him every day.
