There was a dream on Doris' heart for a long time: To strengthen and encourage female leaders for courageous ministry in the church and beyond in German speaking Europe. In 2015 she went public with a blog which is called More than pretty.

The blog speaks about leadership in a way which is personal, vulnerable and honest. The blogging women from all kinds of church backgrounds are leaders in different areas and carry a lot of responsibility.

The Blog encourages many women and men every month and is a positive voice to encourage the church to invest into female leaders. 

​

Doris still has many ideas in her mind to help the growth of developing female leaders and to help the Church to grow deeper in the equality of leadership.

At the moment she is busy to building up a leadership team within More than pretty, to bring the topic of "women in leadership" into a broader space.
